- Provide tailored fire safety and maintenance schedules for new and existing buildings
- Prepare a customised maintenance manual incorporating a 12-month maintenance program
- Review the Fire Engineered performance solutions to ensure additional fire safety measures are compliant with maintenance requirements
- Provide AS1851 compliance advice, including adopting the latest industry maintenance standards
- Conduct inspections and audits of active and passive fire safety measures
- Provide compliance advice during DLP maintenance
- Coordinate and independent witness of fire & mechanical systems interface tests
- Prepare baseline data (tactical and compartmentation plans, schedules etc) and fire matrices
